What size redfield 2 piece 1" rings would work best with a weaver k4 and a 1903a4? Seen them as low, medium, and high.

you might want to go with low/med if you decide to shoot it in competition because with high you might wish you had a cheekpad, which you can't use. Also if you are going to shoot NRA competition you are limited in scopes you can use and a K4 is not one of them -
no got a weaver 330c for that, the k4 is for casual shooting. Got a history lesson from tony in nh, about how they were used for fbi and spec ops in the 70's. was looking for an easier to shoot with scope than the weaver, as thats tough if I can help it, and was alot cheaper than a lyman alaskan I originally was looking for.
I was looking at low's, as I dont need a high turret. Just want to be sure the front and rear "bells" clear ok.Comment
