Savage 110 .308.

Popped my old Savage 110 .308 into the same Chassis my 110 .223 has been in while waiting for the new ORYX to arrive. Installed a new Jard trigger and set to 7 oz. Added a Lumley bolt lift kit. Stuck the shop MK4 16X on her for testing. 30 deg and overcast, no wind. 10 rnds at 100 yds makes a decent test for her. Low one at 6 was the trigger monkey's fault and to the group from a nice .2 to a .5. Whatta Hobby!

Savage has been making excellent rifles for a very long time! The improvements you added certainly make it better! Sincerely. bruce.

Moved the MK4-16x over and replaced with a Sightron SV 10-50x60mm which has 1/8 moa clicks for ele and wnd. Bullet placement being the goal of this rifle, I am headed toward a <.2 system. Dang, this retirement is as good as I thought it would be. So much fun to load and shoot without the distractions of having to work for a living. Whatta Hobby!
