    lyman alaskan scope question. i have two but one has alan head bolt's and the other

    one has- Alan- screws on the body and adjusting knob base-serial number 46367 also says "all weather' on adjustment knob base's. has post with one horizontal cross hair.

    other with serial number 5666 has -slot- screws on the body and adjustment caps with number 7575180; has blank adjustment knob base's-fine cross hair's
    ?which one would be for an 1903-A4 and m1-D or m1-C and approximately what year are they? thank you..!

      The sn 5666 is from 1944 era what type caps are on the scope. are they numbered?

          Caps have numbers on the side of the caps.
