USMC Stith-Kollmorgen 4X scope

Does anyone have the specifications on the USMC Stith-Kollmorgen 4XD MC-1 scope? I'm looking for the amount of adjustment per click and the range of elevation in MOA or Mrads.

I believe that each click is 1 MOA. However, I have no idea of the total range of adjustment.

Here is the information from the booklet that came with the second type Kollmorgen MC-1 scope:

The telescope is adjusted at the factory to eliminate parallax between target and cross hairs at a range of 300 yards.
