Does anyone here have a AN/PVS-2 Mount adt. for the Model 70 Winchester

I have seen this mount pictured in Senich's sniper book but where could I get one???

Johnny, I haven't the foggiest idea where to get one, but I'm positive there can't have been many made. Good luck to you!

The mount pictured in Senich's book is really a test / trials type set up with only a few made. It was made for a post war action. Most NV mounts were shop made on an individual basis. I have a spare PVS mount for the M40 that fits the Redfield JR base but nothing for the 70 at the moment.

I sent you a PM thanks for the reply. I thought that may be the case with that mount in Senich's book I would like to see a pic of your mount. I happen to have one of the Commemorative USMC M40's that Remington sold a few years back.
