The issue mounts were a couple of variations of the single lever, short side rail mount. Hundreds, maybe thousands of real Swede sniper rifles were imported into the US over the years. Reproductions of the single lever mount are also available.

Here's the rule from the CMP book: http://odcmp.com/Competitions/CMPGamesRules.pdf
"Sights must be original issue optical sights with as-issued reticles or sights may be commercial replicas of as-issued optical sights. In addition, specific non-issue scopes that are listed in Table I may be used. Such non-issue scopes may only be used on the rifles for which they are specifically listed. Replica or non-issue sights may have only crosshair, post or post with crosshair reticles. Scope mounts and rings may be original or reproduction replicas. Scope rings may be sleeved or modified to accept a non-original scope diameter." The scopes allowed are these:
Sweden: 6.5 mm M41 series Sniper Rifles
      Ajack 4x90 mm (German), Aga 3x65 mm (M42 or M44), Non-issue: Weaver K4
