Hey Guys. I tolo would like to make a clone. I have an 03/A3 that shoots like all get out. someone put a lyman micrometer sight on the right rear of the receiver which makes it even more accurate. In any case it has already been drilled and tapped so it is a shooter only. Old Western Scrounger has both the M73 repro scopes and the M 82/84 repro scopes and mounts. Who would do the bolt bending work?

What type of mount is it drilled and tapped for? The only correct way is to use a Redfield one-piece base. Any other is not correct. I have yet to see any repro bent bolts that were correct. Unless you have an original to copy, don't attempt it. -
It is drilled and tapped with two holes on the right side of the receiver. These would not be appropriate for scope mount so I would have to have some one fit the repro mounts to the rifle. I would not attempt the bolt as it is beyond my abilities and equipment. Just looking for someone who could do it.Comment
