M49 and M48 spotting scope TM and FM numbers?

Hey gang, does anyone know the appropriate FM or TM numbers for the M48 and M49 spotting scopes?

TM 9-1556 has both scopes in it. If you need any info. about the scope I have both scopes and am very familiar with parts and problems as well as where to find some parts.

Johnny, I have four old surplused out M-49's without tripods. The prisms (both) on all four are chipped. Also missing are the forward lens covers.
1st question is where can I find the TM 9-1556 and would it have an IPB?
2nd question is any ideas on tripods?
3rd is are the new or serviceable prisms out there?
4th is kind of moot, two of the scope have been dropped and I doubt the screw on lens cover would thread but two are round. Got any lens covers?
