This is the second time I`ve seen this same auction up.

He has poor feed back anything less than 98% I am leary of. There is no ebay buyer protection if you email him directly. The only time I have been ripped off on ebay was buying a sniper scope from an Englishman. Buyer beware it is tempting but tooo good to be true me thinks.

I asked the seller for better pictures and received AFAIK ebay invoice directing payment to a FL. bank account. The pics show a scope s/n 2750 then the auction was ended.
