Been offered a Tula made hex rec. Mosin Nagant rifle in good condition with 1916 date on rec. Don't have rifle so have no pics but did have it in my hands today and it looks and functions good and owner says it shoots good but he had shot all ammo he had so I couldn't fire it myself.
He is asking $150 for it and I'm needing to know if that is a good price for it and w/o pics I know it's hard to say, but are they beginning to go up in value and would this be a good investment? Thanks.
