    .357 mag loads using tite group.

    HI Guys, anyone have favorite recipe using 140jhp sierra? Tite group powder? Im seeing from 6.5 to 17 gn. Have searched several sites because this load isn't in my manual.

    "...17 gn..." 7.0 is max for a jacketed 140. Hodgdon's site has lots of 140 grain jacketed data. The handgun and rifle 140 grain Tite-group data are the same. Except for velocities. 6.3 to 7.0.
    You do not need bullet maker specific data.

      Sierra recommends 13 different powders for the 140... none of them are Tite Group... The only listing I could find in my Loadbook was in the Hodgdon data quoted by Sunray...

      Give the Tech Support guys at Sierra a call... They are always helpful.
