SHOOTERS WORLD has anybody used the blackout powder in .38 special , or anything else for that matter .

No, I've not used it so sorry I'm of no help.Powder is starting to show up here and at some what of a more reasonable price.

Got an answer on this they say the BLACKOUT powder is ok in straight wall cases but not in the .38 special as it would produce squibs . I'm looking to load .38 wadcutters as cheap as possible for shooting targets nothing special . Been loading IMR7625 but it's dirty but ok .

have you tried WIN 231? It's fairly clean.

Yup . . .this is what I use . . . .

MUCH cleaner than Bullseye.

PLUS . . . .a 1lb. Can will last you almost FOREVER!
