Good load for model 38 swedish mauser 6.5 x 55

Can any one sugest a good hand load for Swedish Model 38 in 6.5 x 55. I will probably be concentrating on 140 grain and lighter bullets. Thanks in advance.

The slower rifle powders seem to work the very best in this cartridge. 4350 is a good one and with a 140 gr. bullet a starting load would be about 43 grs. and a top of 47 grs. for 2600+ fps.
