On cast lead bullets, what is the difference between the red lube & the blue lube? Thank you in advance.

I get mine from Missouri Bullets and I can't tell any difference in the lude color. Bullets seem the same.

Commercial bullet lubes are colored because the maker thinks a particular color will sell best...

Although the color is created by dyes, the red commercial lubes generally melt around 200F while the blue commercial lubes generally melt around 100-130F. This characteristic is fairly consistent between the various commercial lube maker.
