    Questions on this sporter trapdoor

    Well I'm still searching for a sporter trapdoor that would make a good shooter and I came across this one for $550. Does anyone have any opinions on what it might be? I've NEVER seen one like it.

      NO EXPERT . Barrel looks to be original Buffington sight looks right . Front sight blade looks aftermarket . Hows the bore? ANY SPLITS IN THE WOOD. ? Stock looks nicely done . Is the trigger guard bow reversed > Looks as if the sling swivel mount is in the wrong place . 550.00 . out the door would not be robbery, it is a nice looking gun

          Bubba was there, but appears to have done better work than usual. I cannot stand Mannlicher-style stocks, so that makes it a total turnoff for me personally. If you like it, go for it, but I think $550 is TOP dollar for a piece like that. Just my $.02 - YMMV.
