Need Trapdoor Help

I am looking to purchase a trapdoor rifle for deer hunting. My problem is that I freely admit to not knowing much about trapdoors. I have found a cadet model on Gunbroker.com. I am looking for help from more learned experts about this rifle and the price they are asking for it. The item number on Gunbroker is "822744016". What can you tell me about it ? Also, what is the difference between a regular trapdoor and the cadet model. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you, Lee Hoffman

That GB trapdoor is pretty rough. I'd second Jim's suggestion.

Cadets are 3" shorter than full-sized rifles - the difference occurs between the barrel bands. Butt stock and butt plate are thinner also.
