Trapdoor Rear Peep Sight Question?

Hi everyone!
Does anyone know where I can find a rear peep sight that mounts on a TANG BOLT?
Illinois in 2013 has opened up deer hunting with centerfire single shot rifles.
My TD Carbine would be perfect!
The PEEP would help my not-so-good eyesight issues.
Any info would be greatly appreciated!
