1884 TD srs plus info please.

Hello,
Looking for srs on this rifle sn# 320024. Seller states that this 1884 rifle was built in 1889 with a 1889 swp 1889 cartouche. What I have found is that it would have been built in 1886. Am I
correct that if build date is 1886 then the stock would have a 1886 or 1887 cartouche? Thanks for your help.

Does the rifle have a rod-bayonet?

That is the range for the 1884 rod-bayonet, most of which were made into 1888s, though an 1889 cartouche would be questionable.

Seller is either confused, or is misrepresenting the gun. 320024 did not come with an 1889 cartouche.
