Dick, I also have 75 500 grain RN lead bullets sized .460 for reloading the 45-70. Made by Buffalo Arms Co.

I'm sure I could use them, how much do you want, and where should I send the money? Bullets by themselves should not have any legal issues, even in the PDRK.

Dick, I have 75 500 grain lead bullets, sized .460 dia. They have three lube rings.

I use .459 diameter 500 grain along with 59 grains of 2f.
I also use the 405 grain hollow base. Both work well in my shooters.
I have a bunch I loaded with 70 grain of 2f but they're really hard on the shoulder LOL!!!
