Trapdoor Cadet Rifle Serial Number Question

The serial number looks like 222,159. Could this be a genuine cadet rifle?

Cadets are determined by features, not s/n. 29.6" barrel? No sling swivels? Narrow buttplate? If those pass, THEN consider number for review of SRS data. 205xxx is a cadet.

Looks right to me, escept that sling swivels have been added. As made it would not have had them...

I see that . The barrel is 29.5" .Would $800 be to much to pay for this rifle?

That's a little more than I would want to pay, but I'm cheap, old, and not really up on the current market. But, I've seen worse for more.
