Hi!!! I am new here and am not that familiar to forums; so please bear with me. I joined primarily because of two (2) firearms I own: A Springfield Armory M1 Garand with Serial No. 3749850 and a M1 Carbine with Serial No. 200210, the make of which I am not sure because all I see at the rear of the receiver is the serial no. I watched in one or two of those youtube videos that the marking of the make just above the serial no. is covered by the adjustable rear sight. I will post more details in the appropriate threads for the firearms.
