    Howdy from Texas

    Soon to be new owner of a Springfield 1903, 841xxx serial. Ive been absorbing information for days and heard this site was one of a few where all the knowledge congregates.

    Retired from technology after about 26 years and a little more time on my hands than i should have. Living on small acreage in a nice little town called Dripping Springs with the wife and a couple critters. Im looking forward to learning from everyone here!
