I raised hail long & loud until microsoft unlocked the site. I'm also having a few issues and have contacted fr8dude about the matter.

Microsoft is another evil entity almost impossible to contact or engage in communication. I despise them! Even after we get the issues sorted, I plan to remain active here. Hopefully, I'll have more news in a few days. SW

Getting YW up & running right will be quite a project, I think. The IT guy will be on the job before too long. So don't become despondent if I can't resolve some of the issues right away. SW
