Those Brooks saddles are over-rated, and **cough** over-priced to boot. No wonder it's growing a nest.
I do well with the grippy synthetic Liv I'm currently using. Feels a bit harsh at first and takes some getting used to.
No problems with it at all on those +20 mile rides I've been putting up since early summer.
That slidy leather on the Brooks is a liability in some situations.
