    Saturday coffee and gossip thread March 7

    Just had some I used for dunking a rather stale donut. Our friends in Belgium had sent coffee I really like - very mild and low acid, but younger daughter said she likes it, too and away it went. Ah, well - we share stuff, and wifey always has a supply of Folgers on hand. Home improvement wise, I got a stair chair for wifey. Said she almost slipped on the basement stairs, and that wouldn't end well, so the fix is coming in a few days. She said I could use it, too, but I'm not that bad off yet.

    Rained a bit yesterday which was great - it's quite dry around here. Small gun show at the county fairgrounds today - might wander over later. I really don't want anything, but I always see friends and have a good time catching up. SW

      getting over a funky cold or sinus thingy,
      took the day off, drove up to Charlottesville to shoot a match
      got notice my gunshow helper was bringing his girlfriend, and she needed some loaner equip,
      and got there and the other RO said,,, you are calling it today right? I wanna shoot,,

      so I called the match, coached the young lady, and then went to have lunch,

      was not planning to work, but got a delivery from both fed ex and ups today so had to go by the shop and take care of that,

      gonna work on a potential buy (pricing) and then head home

          Up at 5 this morning and off to Tim's for a 12 oz. coffee. That size agrees with me.
          Right now drinking a 1/2 Max, 1/2 Nabob Colombian. It ain't bad.
          Otherwise, lazy day for me. over-cast and 28F, and I got a mighty ear-ache. Just gonna poke around on the net a bit and probably play with the camera's a bit.
          Car's acting up with a bad positive batt. cable. Have to see about having that done somewhere this week. I is too old and achy to crawl around under the car in the ice and snow to get the positive lead off the starter.

              working this morning, waiting on a customer scheduled in at 10,, no idea what for, did not note why in my notes,
              another due before noon,
              and need to start packing some items to go our tomorrow, as well as get more online to sell,

              cold just about gone,
