    Saturday coffee and conversating thread May 23

    More yard work done - got a break when it rained. Had a few tornadoes locally, but none nearby. Also hail locally - none in town though. Granddaughter is putting her CNA to work and putting in hours at an assisted living place here in town. Taking online nursing classes, too. I'm glad to see she has a plan! I really didn't when I graduated... it was pretty much enlist and hope for the best. But it worked out.

    Next project is clean the garage, but I'm waiting until Shep the wonder Dodge is out of the shop for that one. Plausible excuse to goof off in the meantime. SW

      drove down to Kilmarnock to work in the store, busy AF,
      lot of the tourist/ summer home folks in town, and they were buying,

      stopped on the way down and got some Country STyle donuts (best you will ever eat) and managed to get a moment to go over to a local Seafood joint and get some fresh fish and scallops for dinner tomorrow and monday,


      now, sipping a glass of bourbon, and relaxing before bed,
