Let's get this going,

On my first cup, slept in as I worked myself ragged cleaning brush off the sides of my driveway yesterday after I left work early. This was round two of what I started last weekend. Will get to the regular mowing today or tomorrow depending if we get the rain and thunderstorms supposedly rolling in. Have to get it all done and ahead of the game this weekend because I have duty next weekend and will be hanging out with Lyman.

NO. Bad weather always comes South, mainly HERE. Like a cow's utter everything directs and collects here. The only time things get pushed away is when we have a hurricane.

Wife is outside walking back and forth in our driveway. She walks 3 miles a day using her pedometer. Used to go to the gym before Covid. Now walks in the yard. When the temps get hotter she will be going back to the gym--she has friends there too.

Not bad here - mid 80's this afternoon. Pop-up storms now and then for a week or so. I heard we are 15 inches above normal this year. Been cutting back branches over the driveway - constantly overgrowing.

Coffee-free zone here. Got a good rain early this morning (2:00 am) but its clear and sunshine today. Gotta make BBQ baked beans for Mother's Day dinner at Sister and BIL's house tomorrow.

I went to town earlier to look for some new running shoes and couldn't find anything I wanted and there were very few in size 9.... WTFO? Went to Lowe's to try to find a annual plant for the flower bed that I plant every year (Green/Red Coleus) and they still don't have them... again, WTFO?

If I can get motivated, I'll go outside and start mowing.

Woke up this morning, got myself a gun,
mama always said I was the chosen one..... oh sorry, Soprano's flashback.

Went to pick up my granddaughter for the day at 8. Been playing all day....until 20 minutes ago when she zonked out for her mid day nap.
Now grandpa gets to chill, check his email and forums for about 2 hours.

Sunny and HOT this morning and it's only 8:00am. I think our nice long springtime is leaving us.

Never got motivated enough to mow yesterday,

Doubtful it gets done today though it needs it. Overcast and cloudy here, already had a light sprinkle when I headed into town earlier.

Rode bike yesterday. Been neglecting my exercise lately. Staying plenty active working on Florida house but that doesn’t replace actual resistance training and jacking heart rate up for sustained periods.
