I don't know why I remember things like this but many years ago Roy Clark was singing "I left my heart in SF". It had to have been before the days of Hee Haw, maybe he was on The Tonight Show. He had his guitar and the volume wasn't loud enough. He turns around and says "I left my amplifier in SF too".

Somehow, it was funny when he said it.
