    I have a very nice New York State Militia .50-70 Rolling block with bayonet parked at a friend's place in Portland Oregon.Also a Martini- Henry MkIII along with an Egyptian Rolling Block in. 43 Egyptian if anyone is interested.

      Dick, At one time my father-in-law had a box of 10 original FA Forager shells. Cartridge collector we got them from told us it was the only box he knew of. They went with the Forager when he sold it.

        I have one - they are NOT common. Actually had my choice of three, about 30 years ago: Full sealed for way more than I could afford at the time, full buit opened (carefully, and w/divider intact), and rough, not full. I took the middle ground. Shells are untinned brass, F 20 9 00, in as-new condition. I also have the little blue hard-covered 2 or 3 page "manual" covering the field loading kit - have never seen, or heard of, another of them.
