John, did they used the block P only with the CCV inspected stocks, or are you aware of other inspectors aswell?

I notice that my s/n 160963 (with no bolt CCV cartouched stock) has the early handguard without the groove and without the small S stamp at the rear, also my bolt is only marked S
The handguard on s/n 231520 has the small S stamp at the rear
