Actually I may be wrong. The insults on this forum are much more personal and attack the character of a person. Arfcom is more of the playground "your momma wears army boots" type of insult. Sadly, if this continues here I predict the demise of Jouster within the year.

Going to a conservative gun site like this and then ignoring people is like going skiing in Colorado and then complaining, it was too cold, the snow was too deep, it was too icy, I fell down and hurt myself. If I don't like what's on t.v. I change the channel. The posters here aren't polished professional newscasters. It can get sloppy. It gets(as of late)very emotional. Maybe it's the holidays(have I ever mentioned I kind of hate Christmas?).

The problem with the ignore list is it is a one way street. I would strongly reccommend that when you put someone on the ignore list, they should be prohibited from commenting on your posts. Why should the dishonest trolls be allowed to trash your posts while you can't read to theirs?

My advice is this: if you enjoy the forum, then visit it, maybe post. If you don't, then leave it. But take it on its terms, warts and all, because despite Pat's outstanding IT efforts, this forum really isn't built for the long haul anymore. She has told us this several times. Send Pat money if you want because it might help. I know I did.

The key I think is to not take any of it too seriously.

Pat could probably tell you but don't know if she would chose to give out that info. The way I see it if I'm on someone's list then great. It would no doubt be from someone I'd rather not hear from in the first place.

By this same reasoning I assume you would never block unwanted emails or phone calls. It's all freedom of speech you know. And yes I am very proud to say I am a conservative who doesn't take too kindly of propaganda and constant badgering to try to persuade me to another's way of thinking. While everyone has their views and opinions that will differ it is clear that some are only here to inflict hate and arguments. Conversations, even heated conversations are great but to argue just for the sake of arguing? I personally have better things to do with what is left of my life. The ignore list was put here for a reason. No one is being forced to use it.

that was unfortunate, as those Black men are better people than those who ran them off!

It matters not at all, how could I tell? If I may use the term, they 'outed' themselves on a discussion here about race.

It doesn't matter. They are the ones who brought it up in old previous replies. I remember 2 of them. There may be others. Aside from those of us who have posted pictures of ourselves we may all be of different colors.
