    You are right on that, had an active addict steal some of his relatives pain killing meds and not think anything about it!

      Its not a problem until it affects an individual's personal due process. Not in my backyard, so they say...

      I imagine marijuana, alcohol and pain killer abuse use would scoop up 75% or more of average functional adults.
