      It wasn't the whole Nazi party, only a few bad apples that caused millions of deaths. The head of an organization has an inordinate effect much greater that its subordinates. I will retract everything I have written when I see the "Good" FBI agents arrest the bad. In the mean time, I won't hold my breath regarding the Famous But Incompetent.

        I agree. A GOOD organization would cleanse itself. A professional law enforcement agency would not tolerate such lawless behavior by it's members, no matter how high up they are.
