It's a dump, with nothing there but sand and rocks as
far as the eye can see yet NASA keeps wasting it's hard
earned dollars having Rover dig for microbes. Why ? If
we find one are we going to ask it what happened up
there and where did everybody go ? Hardly, so why does
NASA keep on with this ? Does anyone seriously believe
that Mars once had a thriving civilization that collapsed
and they all came here ? Our first ancestors were covered
in fur and hit each other with clubs - hardly the kind you
would expect to have built the space ships that brought
them here. NASA should just send someone there for a
look see. Who knows, maybe they'll find a shopping Mall
but I wouldn't bet on it. I remember seeing that Van Kilmer
went there and gave it the finger while uttering "Ferk this planet"
Precisely my feeling.
