There was a time America was Truly Great.... like during WWII for example when we played by the rules and still won. We held the moral advantage and by and large stuck with the Geneva Convention and still were victorious. We were the good guys ...... that's why we always came out ahead.

We seem to have lost that moral advantage and now we use different word arrangements to weasel out of things. I.E. waterboarding isn't really torture. And it seems we no longer can tell the difference between a true criminal act and a desperate attempt at a better life... or any life.

We'll use words like "an invasion of a sovereign nation" is a criminal act to help us feel better about ignoring the Christian beliefs we profess to have . To lose our compassion is a step away from "keeping" America great as far as I'm concerned .

Our present Government did put out the warning that this is what would happen.... as a deterrent... and still they came. That is just plain and simple desperation and I can clearly see the difference between the motives of a desperate parent and a criminal act.

And now Trump stands before us all to blame the Democrats for seperating those children from their parents ..... that's pretty weak .

And whoever claims belief in the Holy Scriptures but holds hate in his heart ... or is it fear ? .... shall be judged by what they "profess" to believe in....... good luck to you.

Oh how the NAZIS howl when people opposed their belief! I have found it interesting that the religion of atheism knows more Holy Scripture then most believers. I can see how pebbles is upset over illegals being stopped, this strips him of "workers" for his business as he has stated. Funny but didn't the Nazi's need "foreign" workers as well? Conservatives want this invasion of our Republic stopped, NSDWP want it to continue under the guise of helping the less fortunate come who invade here in desperation. The same desperation that fuels drug running, prostitution, the selling of children into the horrible underground sex trafficking, the murder of law enforcement or American citizens. The NAZIS love to paint their opposition with "words" of embarrassment. I was taken to task when I first brought out these American NAZIS, until one admitted to the fact of being a socialist. Because I want the best for the American Republic these "Democratic" warriors dislike those of us. I would be a traitor to my Republic not to oppose these dark forces of "DEMOCRACY" in calling them out.

I do hire Americans at every opportunity ... But I hire alot more immigrants, and there is a reason. The work my company does is far too arduous for "non immigrants". It seems most native born Americans would rather work for a lot less money at WallMart and McDonalds simply because it is more comfortable.

Hospitality towards travellers is an ancient tradition in that part of the world, SW Asia. It's ridiculous to assert that many argue that all-comers should have free run of the joint. Only loonies who no one listens to say that.

What we have here is the is a deliberate policy of inflicting harm on the vulnerable for political leverage. As either an immortal or non-believer you are free from judgement on that account in the hereafter. Others here aren't so lucky, yet they support the policy.

During the Presidents election rallies his supporters were often physically attacked, in California candidate Trump had to be brought in the back way due to the danger. With our NAZIS here it is the same for those who oppose them. I can understand the one as this is beneficial to his wallet and HIS WELL BEING. NSDAP love to sprout equality, inclusiveness, taking care of the "less" and so forth that is unless one opposes them. In reality it is about people control, pure unadulterated power that they want. The ability to hire illegals, exploit them under the guise of "helping" them, giving them the ability to vote. "Free" legal advice, housing, healthcare in the desire to have them vote the DEMOCRACY way. DEMOCRACY enslaves the people by "BUYING" THEIR GOOD WILL AND VOTE, so essential under the Republic to stay in power. This is nothing more then government funded slavery with the threat of what the NSDWP gives they can also take away! This keeps the "less" fortunate in the yoke of "DEMOCRACY" that great way of life. What great thing the last DEMOCRATIC regime gave US, more people on the government dole, more illegals flooding our Republic, higher electric cost due to the war on coal, more diversion in the Republic. Yes, Democracy is a way of great giving similar to a whore who give you a disease that will kill, blind, enable the receiver to have less. Now America is rebuilding our Republic, the borders are being protected, jobs are returning, there is hope again, not hopelessness. Who is screaming the most? Yes, those "givers" of a better way of life for illegals under the guise of "helping" but at what cost to the Republic. Their tax the rich seems to hurt the middle class wallets and the middle class is shrinking. Yes, Crystal Night and the shattering of glass that was mentioned, now it is shatter the border and open the path to those who will take and take and take. American healthcare has worked to eradicate diseases that decimated our people, now people are coming into our borders with who knows what. Will the Republic have to redo efforts for the American Citizen to keep them safe from diseases? Yes, those who are pillars of "giving" are just as good as the street walkers are at "giving" as well.

And then the usual gibberish about Democracy being bad and Republics being good. Let's see what else....coal, taxing the rich being bad, foreigners with diseases crashing our borders, etc.

OK, integrating the entire paragraph, running it through filtering.....done. Sam dreams of an America where a select minority gets to call the shots for everyone (rich whites), who keep taxes low on themselves, and where the government decides winners and losers in the economy, presumably with folks like the ones in his corner of southern Ohio being placed in a preferred economic position. Competition from elsewhere in the world is kept at bay with tariffs and physical walls. Safe behind those barriers, the real America can once again reassert itself and proper social order (heavy on fundamentalist Protestant Christianity) restored.

I understand the attraction but it won't work, at least not without a huge decline in the standard of living in this country. The US is too integrated into the global economy for that to have a shot. Never mind the fact that it runs afoul of our basic laws, and would require a massive disenfranchisement of a majority of citizens to have a fighting chance. At a practical economic level, it simply won't work. The US economy needs too many raw materials and components that are available only outside our borders to function. In Trumpian terms, too many other countries have too much leverage over us. If we pull back, life here will collapse. The rich will have to send their money overseas or risk losing it. Capital flight is a thing that happens when the laws in a country turn sour (usually because of a dictator) and the rich come to that move-it-or-lose-it moment.

Boggs doesn't see it but his sentiment is exactly the sort of thing that sent Venezuela down the toilet--a certain faction, feeling that they have been getting the short end of the stick, invests unquestioned authority in the Strong Man who will break through all barriers to set things right.

Sorry Sam, it won't work. Trump's prescription isn't a cure. Trump is only going to make things worse. Like a doctor in Roman times treating a patient through bloodletting. Your dream of America also bears an uncanny resemblance to the land of Gilead, formerly part of the United States, in Margaret Atwood's book, The Handmaid's Tale. You've read the book?
