I DID answer it! By pointing out the indisputable fact that whites in Africa are being widely persecuted by their black "neighbors." After generations spent lifting several African regions out of savagery, they now have no place in Europe, no true "home country," they can return to. THEY should be welcomed as TRUE refugees, as opposed to blacks coming--as you just pointed out--for economic gain.

But for some generic African guy coming here and making good....I don't see why anyone should have a problem with that. Clearly our economy has plenty of room for people who want to work. Better a country of hard working immigrants than one reserved for lazy slugs who spend their third decades on mommy's and daddy's couch. Competition is good, gets people off their butts. Let the next generation earn it instead of having it handed to them for free. Free stuff has no value and gets treated that way. So yeah I support a government policy of looking for new blood. In the right amount, of course, which is a different conversation.

I do--because he will almost certainly DEMAND that his foreign values, customs, religion, be respected in MY country, & worse, probably join with my bitter enemies, the Dems, to restrict my freedom.

India has been concerned over its diaspora, trying to lure people back. But one Indian-American told me they enjoy the best of both worlds. :Inside their homes and temples they can be 100% Indian, step outside they can be 100% American.

I say I don't know what you mean by that because I've been out of the game for awhile. Can you then explain it to me in simple, explicit terms what is on the line, or is this one of these code phrases, such that if you don't know what it means, then explaining it to you isn't going to help, because either you get it or you don't. I have a clear idea of what the American idea means to me and I can easily explain it in basic language, but I have a feeling it isn't quite the same as yours. I have a clear idea of what the American idea means to me and I can easily explain it in basic language, but I have a feeling it isn't quite the same as yours. You tell me yours first, then I'll tell you mine, and we'll see how we match up, or not.

Or not...because someone like you who doesn't treasure (except maybe in lip-service) the culture, history, & traditions of European civilization, going all the way back to the Greeks, cannot appreciate what's lost when that culture is forced to accommodate, to be diluted & debased by, the alien values & beliefs of invaders from the Turd World. What does all that history & tradition mean to a native Turd Worlder? Nothing; nor should it. And increasingly, to America's mongrel, though native born, population, it means nothing.

I figured as much, CH, that you'd take a pass on explaining what you meant by American Way of Life, in favor of expressing some vague sentimentalites towards cultural traditions from western Eurasia, a place you barely understand, where the people have been at war with each other more often than they've enjoyed peace. Pointing to the old world as the basis for the American Way of Life? We've done nothing new and original here? Someone flunked multiple civics and US history classes. If you can't bring words to your beliefs, then I take that as a sign that you recognize that there is something wrong with them, that there is some cold-blooded meanness to your attitudes that is best left unsaid. So I give you half a point for introspection, which a full point more than I'd give Allen (who loses half a point just for being alive).

Here, this will cheer you up--some fine folks who appear to share your ideas of the American Way of Life and how to preserve it.
