He will be arrested as she intends to press charges. It's an ongoing investigation and the police are still gathering details. Others are asked to come forward as well. He's got a number of damage to property and assault charges coming should others decide to pursue the matter.
He deserves to be hung by his ear lobes and electro shocked through his lip piercings until he pisses himself dry.
