It's all about what Trump can and should do legally including declaring this as an act of war. These parasite (s**thole) countries have a LOT to lose.

I know this is old-school thinking, but wasn't the right to declare war reserved for Congress? Sure I know the language is fudged a little in an Allen-y way, but the meaning is clear.

My bold prediction: 2 months from now this story is pushed out of every media outlet across the spectrum in favor of something newer and juicier. Our son joined the military @ 17 became a paratrooper then an Army Ranger. Retired E-5 with 22 combat kills, shot 3 times still has shrapnel in right shoulder. m1ashooter you seem like a decent guy, so probably you know that training up a bunch of guys to shoot unarmed women and kids at the border is going to have some repercussions somewhere. Heck even hardened SS guys could take only so much duty shooting Jews and undesirables and dumping them into pits before something inside them cracked under the strain, thereby giving rise to the death factories which were run as much as possible by the doomed themselves. I think everyone here agrees that the border has to be managed, but my own opinion is that if we do it by leaning too heavily on the barrel of a gun then we're doing it wrong and in a way that is contrary to our own values.

Actually I am a very decent guy, but decent men can be pushed too far by people willing to take advantage of them. I'm surrounded by illegal aliens from south of our borders. The majority of them seem to be unwilling to embrace the values of our nation. I have many that will not learn English and then get pissed at me because I don't speak Spanish. I don't want to see one person hurt trying to enter our country by breaking the laws of our land however it is their choice. They need to understand that they are putting themselves in harms way by trying to enter our Nation. Right now for decades its been a big game played by both sides and most of these people know that very little will happen to them if the enter the country illegally. It is my understanding that we have developed crowd control weapons that doesn't involve the use of conventional weapons. Who knows maybe these will be used against this group.
