The Department of Labor maintains an Occupational Injury database, and when the Neanderthal injuries are plugged into that database, the closest modern occupation is "Rodeo Cowboy" -- people who mix it up with big, powerful animals.

Yes we are in a freeze up here. At least the Neanderthals didn't have to deal with Chicago drivers. Frickin low IQ ice chickens....proving cavemen were smarter than they are.
