Probably the same individual(s) that live in a Dunning–Kruger bubble.

The Nazi voices were busy last night, Togor must not have had any marches/protests to go to.

Below is the Britannica definition of Liberalism

What do you regard as the central problem of politics, if not to protect individual liberty? Please be as concise as the Britannica people, and then we will evaluate if that doctrine too has always failed, or for that matter what that expression even says. I mean, failed in what sense? The founding of the United States, rooted in liberal ideals of individual liberty as a basis for government instead of the edicts of a hereditary monarch, is an ongoing exercise in failure?

The first sentence tells us a lot about togor and about abject stupidity. "Below is the Britannica definition of Liberalism..." as if the British Encyclopedia is the standard for what is factual, true, and exactly what liberalism means, according to Jacqui... who is a Brazilian billionaire named Jacqui Safra who owns and runs the "Britannica." His absolute bonafides for honesty and truthfulness is the fact that he has produced eight Woody Allen movies and others, including one named Women Talking Dirty. He is aided and abetted by his partner, Jean Doumanian, a well known intellectual that has proven her genius by producing that all time classical, and revered TV show, Saturday Night Live.

Their definition of "Liberalism" is 18th Century Liberalism -- the liberalism of Thomas Jefferson, not the liberalism of the followers of Karl Marx and Adolph Hitler. Political scientists know that modern conservatives are the intellectual and political heirs of 18th Century Liberalism.

If someone is going to paint with a broad brush, they should expect someone to notice when they slop outside the lines. Bodyman writes "Liberalism fails, always."

Red doesn't like Britannica's owner, ergo their definition is wrong. Here's Webster's for Liberalism:
2a often capitalized : a movement in modern Protestantism emphasizing intellectual liberty and the spiritual and ethical content of Christianity
b : a theory in economics emphasizing individual freedom from restraint and usually based on free competition, the self-regulating market, and the gold standard (see GOLD STANDARD sense 1)
c : a political philosophy based on belief in progress, the essential goodness of the human race, and the autonomy (see AUTONOMY sense 2) of the individual and standing for the protection of political and civil liberties
specifically : such a philosophy that considers government as a crucial instrument for amelioration of social inequities (such as those involving race, gender, or class)
A bit broader but again, not inconsistent with the organizing ideas of the United States of America. The simplest explanation is that Bodyman got carried away with his rhetoric.

Yes because modern Conservatives see government as a crucial instrument for ameliorating social iniquities. Uh huh.

Red how come you can't just discuss stuff without turning to personal attacks at the first sign of disagreement? If you have a better counter-argument, why not present it like an adult?
