That would deny them the notoriety that they crave. Unfortunately that would be a restriction of free speech. Why? Carbine length, low recoil, high capacity magazines quickly changed. Excellent short range weapon. Unlike a handgun, you don't have to be 21 to buy it. Blaming the (liberal) media, while giving the conservative media a pass, is just a form of denial.

You think this guy gets his ideas from ABC news or did he find the NZ livestream vid floating on the web? The AR is the weapon of choice for this kind of thing in the USA, and also NZ.
