Togy: The bias is not against a race, but a culture. The dominant African American culture has proven itself to be wanting. Look at the crime rate, the drug rate, the unmarried pregnancy rate etc. Check the uniform crime reporting statistics if you have any question regarding which CULTURE is debased, corrupt and self-destructing. Facts don't care about your feelings. Get over your white guilt, I have.

Dolt, race and culture intertwine. If you're going to say that you are okay with blacks so long as they act culturally white, then yeah that's understood to be racist, or if you prefer a different word, bigoted.
I had a friend who got a job painting a Governor's mansion at a time when it was in GOP hands. She got to be a fly on the wall when a bunch of GOP wives were getting stuff ready in the kitchen for some fund raiser, saying things like "I'm not racist, but....". Hint: if there's a but then you probably are. She went to school for social work but like Boggs found out that there was no money in it.
Okay, someone needs to set an example, show how it's done. Music. Most of the popular music of the 20th century, including Jazz, Rock, Gospel, R&B, has its roots in American black culture. This music is studied and revered worldwide and it started here. See? Not so hard.
Test for yourself. Which is better? The lily white version or the one with soul?

Many years ago there was a conversation with a black African about the slave trade. He stated that white slave traders bought black captives that other tribes had conquered in battle/raids. His reasoning was that this was a good thing for the blacks in Africa as it got rid of the inferior blacks.

Culture is independent from race -- you can examine pre-Colombian America to see that. The continents of North and South America held widely-varying cultures, from absolute totalitarian dictatorships to absolute anarchy.
The fact that SOME Blacks have adopted a remarkably violent culture is unfortunately true -- and to scream "racism" is to be an enabler in this destructive behavior. As I have said many times, "The first step in solving a problem is admitting you have a problem." The raucous chorus that keeps screaming "racism" is actually enabling this kind of deadly culture and must bear their share of the blame.Comment

Sometimes race and culture are intertwined, and sometimes it's necessary to call people on their sh*t. It's that simple. SysAd didn't have to put up an anti-racism rule for posts after the 2016 election because blacks were saying rotten things about white people or their culture. And whether someone attacks a group because of skin color or some soft trait in their way of being, it's immaterial. They're being attacked for who they are.
Take Trump and Cummings. Cummings grills a member of the border police pretty hard over child separation and crappy conditions. He's doing his job. What happens next is a familiar pattern to minorities. Trump tweets to the effect that Cummings has no business calling out the border people like that, then goes to town on Baltimore. The subtext is this: Cummings has no place to criticize because his is a poor black district. Anyone think people both white and black don't know the score on that one? Throwing a lie-filled tantrum is "doing his job"? Against a pathetic, cowering, weakling who didn't have the balls to answer back? It was a performance that demonstrates what kind of ignorant, fanatical, demagogues make up the Dem party more clearly than anything Trump could say.
