I know that hot dogs were more lucrative than say popcorn, that people asked us how come we didn't have ketchup packets in the box to go with the mustard, and that accidentally stepping on packets of French's mustard and having it burst onto your pants & shoes was no fun.

The guy who ran it had a system for assigning vendors to the various food products for the game. I've written about it before. Pretty good job, all things considered.
