In this case if someone has chosen to believe that things happening to the climate are in fact not happening, that temperatures on average are not rising, weather patterns changing, and glaciers melting at alarming rates, then the sky's the limit in terms of imagining fantastic things.

Lot of straw men there. Will try to be succinct.

Climate change won't be reversed by individuals skipping flights. People have to live in the world as it is even while advocating for the future. Put another way, some uses of jet fuel and diesel are better than others. Using one's own denial as a moral free pass to ignore the problem entirely hardly seems better.

I see nothing wrong with giving kids' voices some daylight if they have something to say. The test of whether or not they're being exploited isn't the extent to which I agree with them.
