Dad always said that on average people vote their pocketbook. With what the Democratic Party has now with Socialism, freebies, open border and the promise of higher taxes what is this? The economy is flying high, people have money to spend, lower taxes and secure borders means a lot to many people. My wife said at her work site people are talking more about voting Republican, some for the first time.
