                Vindaman is headed for a student slot at the War College. Resident students are usually a shoo in for promotion to Colonel, now I have to wonder was this assignment determined before his testified too congress or a result of his testimony. Will he get a bad rating review or a good review after leaving or was his review already written. I'm not sure how rating reports are written any longer but I will be very curious to know what assignment he gets out of the War College, if he gets a command then the whole event kinda makes you wonder.

                    I would suspect his OER will read, "Relieved for unsatisfactory performance. Do not promote. Donald J. Trump."
