The working definition of Liberal at this point, around here at least, is someone who spits out the Trump Kool-aid.
A purely tribal definition for the word that sees politics and everything as two warring camps. There's no reason to it--either you're in our camp, subject to its regulations, or be silent. If you're not silent, then you must be in the other camp.
Some guys need to go back and read up. Group-think was anathema to Conservatism, except for the religious conservatives, which comes up a bit here but really isn't a big part of it.
Ironically, a lot of old guys are breathing easy as the economy takes a nose dive, because they're figuring that their government payments will keep on going. Retirement, disability, health care. All products of when the Liberals really were in charge in DC.Comment
