Is this a plan to create social disintegration?

Invest in crime scene ribbon. How long before the real roving gangs strart...roving. Of course any rioting or looting is justified.
If I should die before I wake...great,a little more sleep.

How long before M4 armed guards are placed at the door of any grocery store?

Another reason not to break the law: if you're in jail and something comes through, you might get it and die. I don't see letting people out if jail is the answer. But if cops won't enforce the law up close then yeah they'll eventually do it at a distance, with trigger pulls. Hopefully people get that.

I once asked one of my hard core criminals which he would rather face. A cop with a gun or a "citizen" with a gun. He said he would rather face a cop with a gun and I asked him why. "The citizen will shoot my ass and the cop usually won't!"
