What do people think will happen if we just sound the all clear and let everyone go back to the way it was? Less than 1% of the country has immunity to this thing. Before criticizing the Worst Case Scenarios that have been put out there, walk it through for us.

What will happen is that someone in the private sector will come up with a vaccine, in fact there are vaccines undergoing trials right now. So after 60,000 deaths in the US from this China Virus, life should indeed go back to the way it was. I think Americans will change some habits, mostly for the good. More Americans will stockpile food and supplies, more Americans will get flu shots, Maybe more Americans will grow gardens and perhaps more Americans will try to save more money out of their paycheck for such emergencies. So most changes that occur will be positive I think and will not necessitate a heavy hand of government to enforce.

Maybe also Blue State Governors in the future will decide to buy more medical supplies instead of spending money on welfare for illegal immigrants or for solar panels.
