    Depends on how good Bubba is. When I was in High School, the Fair was a big thing. Every kid had to have a project -- somehow or other I got drafted into Meat Judging. I won the county championship and was State Reserve Champion. As a result, I learned a great deal about butchering,

      trained a plenty a cutter over the years, and trained plenty a bubba who thought they were an expert how to cut up a deer and save some meat vs leaving it on the carcass,,
